Polyurea Joint Injection

All floor joints in a manufacturing plant are an ongoing maintenance issue. Applying polyurea joint compounds in joints will protect the joints from exposure to industrial traffic and reduce maintenance costs. The joints will last much longer because the polyurea will actually move with the joint and provide up to 300% elongation.

Filling gaps in joints will also keep the joints from getting dust and debris packed into them. Industrial traffic will cause the dirt and debris to be spread around the facility, causing additional maintenance cost and wear and tear on industrial handling equipment.
