Scrub Cleaning

Scrubbing is a vital part of preparation when we acid etch concrete. The concrete must be dust free for the proprietary acid to do its job. We must do a good job of removing all dirt, dust, and oils prior to acid etching. When the acid etch is applied, it is allowed to work for at least thirty minutes and then the acid is removed by scrubbing. The acid is then neutralized by scrubbing with a caustic detergent.

Scrubbing is done to clean facilities on a part time or full time basis.
